TUE (DJIA +26) Stock markets started off hot on the backs of Asia and Europe. Fitch said they are not likely to downgrade France – a big surprise - and France’s industrial production unexpectedly rose. China’s trade surplus fell for the 3rd month in a row showing they are less dependent on exports. Investors are expecting economic stimulus from China.
