WEDNESDAY (DJIA +46) All eyes are on the Euro summit meetings tomorrow and Friday. Markets seemed to rise and fall on every utterance by Euro officials. Expectations are running high and setting up markets for likely disappointment. We are hoping that a disappointment dip gives us a buying opportunity.
