TUESDAY (DJIA -3) The Case-Shiller Home Price Index fell .6% in Oct vs. the -.7% expected. The overall price decline year over year has been 3.4%. The Conference Board Dec. Consumer Confidence Index shot up to 64.5 vs. the 55.2 expected. It is the 3rd highest number this year. Q4 GDP is tracking in the 3.5% range. Oil hit $101/bbl. Gold fell $12.
