TUESDAY (DJIA +337) The market got off to a great start on better than expected housing starts in the U.S. (+9.3% in Nov), much better than lately bond auctions in Spain, and some positive business confidence news out of Germany. Plus, the market was ready for a bounce after the recent weakness.
