MONDAY (DJIA -249) The Super Committee failed to come to an agreement on a path to deficit reduction. As a result, we will now have to live through perhaps a year of Congressional wrangling on the issues before an automatic deficit reduction plan goes into effect in Jan 2013. Both S&P and Moody’s said the Super Committee failure would not necessarily affect the US credit rating.
