FRIDAY (DJIA -26) AT&T withdrew its plan to merge with T-Mobile because of FCC concerns. AT&T may have to pay T-Mobile a $4 billion break-up fee! Italian bond yields rose to 7.8%. Belgian bonds were downgraded to AA from AA+. Black Friday sales appear to be good.
